Conditions and a livelier battle map

  • Creatures can now be Blinded, Poisoned, Stunned, Prone, Frightened, and the rest of the SRD conditions — with durations, repeat saves, and their effects on attacks, saves, movement, and actions. Active conditions show in the creature inspector, and Speed reflects them
  • Conditions can be suppressed by effects like Calm Emotions and removed by features like Lay On Hands, Self-Restoration, and Mindless Rage; suppressing a condition also suppresses whatever it granted
  • Moving your token on the battle map now updates its position in the game, so it stays put between state updates and spends your movement. Moves are checked against the grid, other creatures' footprints, and your remaining movement — a rejected move snaps back and explains why
  • Clicking or tapping a quoted speech line in a GM message opens a dialog with the speaker's name, the spoken words, and their speech flavor when known; unattributed lines are labelled as such
  • Large and bigger creatures draw across the full area they occupy, and tapping or aiming anywhere on their footprint selects the square you actually touched. The default encounter now includes a Young Green Dragon, so you can see one in action

On-hit condition triggers (a poisoned blade, Stunning Strike) are modelled but wait on the attack-window work, so they stay inert for now.
